1. Interior and exterior made of stainless steel 18/10 AISI-304.

10. With digital thermometer-thermostat. This programmer allows automatic adjustment of maximum and minimum temperatures as well as defrost cycles to optimize performance.

12. Designed for food presentation in 4 GN 1/1 containers or other sizes, up to 150 mm deep. It is also possible to place drinks in it.
13. The smooth plate, inserted into a 4 GN 1/1 tub 20 mm deep, has the effect of an ice rink, allowing food to be kept cool in any type of tray or container, by contact.
