REFRIGERATED FURNITURE

1. Interior and exterior made of 18/10 AISI-304 stainless steel.
2. 1.5 mm thick countertop with rounded edges on both sides.
3. Modular element, allowing assembly according to needs and available space, with hot, neutral, angular furniture, etc.
4. The front of the furniture is made of stainless steel as standard.
5. Guides for trays, glass screen, single or double, with LED light, etc., can be added to the furniture.
6. Ecological injected polyurethane insulation (CFC-free), with a density of 40 kg/m3.
7. Over-dimensioned refrigeration unit with automatic defrosting.
8. This unit can be removed to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the condenser.
9. Hydrocarbon refrigerant R290. Maximum performance to obtain the most ecological energy rating and to reduce CO2 emissions.
10. With digital thermometer-thermostat. This programmer allows the adjustment of maximum and minimum temperatures as well as automatic defrosting to optimize performance.
11. With adjustable stainless steel legs.
12. The smooth plate, embedded in a 4 GN 1/1 tray of 20 mm deep, has the effect of an ice rink, allowing food to be placed on any type of tray or container, kept cold by contact.
13. Equipped with a drain for water drainage when the plate is stopped.
14. Cooling by means of copper tubes attached to the inside of the plate in the insulated area.
15. The working regime is between -4° and +4°C, with an ambient temperature of 25°C.
