REFRIGERATED FURNITURE

1. Interior and exterior in stainless steel 18/10 AISI-304.
2. 1.5 mm thick worktop, with rounded edges longitudinally on both sides.
3. Modular element, allowing assembly according to needs and available space, with hot, neutral, angular, etc., furniture.
4. The front of the furniture is made of stainless steel as standard.
5. Guide rails for trays, glass screen, single or double, with LED light, etc., can be added to the furniture.
6. Ecological injected polyurethane insulation (CFC-free), with a density of 40 Kg/m3.
7. Over-dimensioned refrigeration unit with automatic defrosting.
8. This unit can be removed to facilitate maintenance and cleaning of the condenser.
9. Hydrocarbon refrigerant R290. Maximum performance to obtain the most ecological energy rating and to reduce CO2 emissions.
10. With digital thermometer-thermostat. This programmer allows adjusting the temperatures, maximum and minimum, as well as automatic defrosting cycles to optimize performance.
11. With adjustable stainless steel feet.
12. The smooth plate, embedded in a tank with 4 GN 1/1 trays, 20 mm deep, acts as an ice rink, allowing food to be placed in any type of tray or container, keeping it cold by contact.
13. Equipped with a drain to evacuate water when the plate is stopped.
14. Refrigeration by means of copper tubes attached to the inside of the plate, located in the insulated area.
15. The operating range is +4°C to +8°C, with an ambient temperature of 25°C.
16. The refrigeration unit is located in the lower part.
17. Being designed as an island, plate shelves can also be added.
18. It can be panelled in different colours or equipped with plinths.
