1. Made of 18/10 AISI-304 stainless steel.
2. Recessed unit, with a fixing system to the buffet countertop, preventing liquid leakage.
3. Controlled by a digital thermometer-thermostat and with a light switch for on-off indication.
4. Operating temperature from 0° to +90°C.
5. Equipped with a hidden safety thermostat.
6. Control panel, within a safety box, removable, to be placed in the buffet counter.
7. Heat provided by stainless steel shielded resistors, placed at the base of the tank, and protected by a removable perforated stainless steel bottom for easy cleaning.
8. Designed to accommodate 100 mm deep GN pans.
9. For 2 GN 1/1 gastronorm containers (not included).
10. Installation dimensions 740 x 580 x 380 mm.
