The cart, where cold cuts are placed, is mounted on self-lubricating bronze bushings with a transparent plastic protector to prevent food projection during use. Additionally, it has an arm with spikes to secure the cold cut on the cart and, at the same time, to move it forward and backward with complete safety for the user.
