The grinder or whisk is made of stainless steel 18/10, AISI-304, and is detachable and interchangeable. The MOTOR BLOCK operates by pressing the button and stops when released. It has a variable speed (250/1500 rpm) when using the whisk and 2500/11000 rpm for the grinder. The blending arm is ideal for mixing soups, vegetable purées, sauces, mayonnaise, etc. It is detachable by screwing, facilitating cleaning in the sink or dishwasher. The stainless steel blade is also easily replaceable.
