Cleaning method: once the griddle is turned off, after 30/45 minutes (still warm), place ice cubes, which will evaporate immediately. Then gently pass the scraper-cutter to remove the grease, followed by a damp cloth. Do not apply degreaser until the following day before turning the griddle on to keep the surface shiny as new. The plate is always smooth. Supplied ready for butane-propane or natural gas, depending on the customer's preference.
