Then, the spatula-cutter should be passed gently to remove as much grease as possible, followed by a damp cloth. Do not apply degreaser until the next day before turning the plate on, and the surface will remain shiny as new. This plate is always smooth. Supplied ready for butane-propane or natural gas, according to the customer's preference.
