Stainless steel shielded resistors with a mechanism to rotate to the vertical position, facilitating cleaning. They have a safety microswitch that disconnects the resistor when cleaning, to prevent burns and resistor damage from overheating. With a working thermostat from 0 to 190°C, safety thermostat cutting off at 240°C, and operating indicator light. Safety thermostat stops the fryer in case of abnormal increase in oil temperature. Drain tap located on the front with a safety device to prevent accidental opening.
