Equipped with safety coil and thermocouple. Triple cast iron burner, 27 kW power (outer ring of 14.5 and inner rings of 12.5 each). Designed for the preparation of paellas, up to 700 mm in diameter. Supplied ready for butane-propane gas or natural gas, depending on customer preference.
