Features circular, stainless steel shielded resistors. Comes with a digital electronic thermostat-thermometer and a start-stop luminous switch. Includes 17 pairs of guides for GN containers with a 70 mm separation between guides. Air circulation is complete as the containers do not touch the walls of the tank. Has 1 pivot door. Equipped with 4 reinforced wheels, 150 mm Ø, 2 with brakes, and corner bumpers. Features handles for easy handling, located on the narrow side of the cart. The extendable connection cable is spiral, single-phase, with a hook on the side for when it's in motion. Capacity for one GN 2/1 container or two GN 1/1 containers per guide, with entry from the side of 530 mm. Containers not included. Humidity is generated by filling the GN 2/3 containers provided as standard at the base of the tank, above the heating unit, thus preventing food from drying out. Hinges designed to open the doors up to 270°, allowing them to stay flush against the cart's side when open. Doors equipped with silicone gaskets to maintain internal temperature.
