Pivot doors with reinforced hinges that lock when they exceed 95°. These doors have double tempered glass, allowing the internal one to be opened for cleaning and a tray to collect condensed water to prevent it from falling to the floor when the door is opened. Oven frames have silicone seals with an air chamber to ensure a tight seal and prevent heat and steam leaks. Easily replaceable. These are convection ovens with a mechanical panel. They have motor-fans with two speeds and reverse rotation. It is supplied ready for butane-propane gas or natural gas, depending on customer preference.
