To ignite, open the air regulator at the top by moving the lever left, while simultaneously opening the lower draft (ash drawer) about 8 cm to facilitate air circulation. Then close the oven door and let the charcoal ignite and stabilize. A poker is included for spreading the embers evenly in the coal hopper. In 30 minutes, the oven will be ready for use. At that point, close the lower draft (ash drawer) and set the air regulator lever to the right (CLOSE).
